The new BMW M6 will blow you away!

For obvious reasons, one of the major changes in the 2015 model comes to the engine. Packing a 4.4 liter V8 with twin-turbo the M6 with “Competition Package” provides a whopping 592hp. This is 41 hp more than the standard model.

With these changes made to the powertrain of the M6 it will now fly from 0-60mph in 3.9 seconds. As well as go from 0-120mph in 11.8 seconds.

Did we mention that the chassis was also tweaked? All springs, anti-roll bars and dampers are stiffer. The differential now includes a dedicated control unit for improved traction. And the steering wheel also brings a direct focus on providing a “sporty” handling.

By the way, the option competition package will also get you the new 20-inch super light alloy wheels, a set of stickier tires and a black chrome exhaust system.

The pack will be available for consumers starting July 2015, but, unfortunately, the price is yet to be announced.

There’s also the not-so-small matter of the new 20-inch light alloy wheels, stickier tires, and black chrome quad exhausts. You will be able to buy the new Competition Pack at the end of the month but no mention has been made of pricing.
